Staging Consultation  $150 
A certified ASP stager will spend two hours with you in your home detailing exactly what needs to be done to properly stage your home.  This includes ideas for furniture arrangement, de-personalizing, interior and exterior repairs to be made, minimizing distractions, & addition/subtraction of color & accessories.   Additional time with a stager is available at a reduced hourly rate.
*Homes over 3500 finished square feet are subject to an additional charge.

Occupied Home Staging/Accessory Staging 
Starting at $200  
Sometimes homes lack that 'wow factor' that they need in this competitive market.  Things like accessories, greenery, artwork, and upscale bedding.  Many homes are missing a critical furnishing, such as a dining room table or coffe and end tables.  These items are available for rent and Staged In Style will add our furniture and accesesories to your existing things to help showcase your home in its very best light. This can typically be done in a day and we ask that you leave during this time.  When you return your home will have been transformed into a Staged Home!

Vacant Staging
Full & Partial Starting at $400 + rental fees 
Vacant homes don't show well.  Buyers have a hard time visualizing the potential of an empty home.  We can fully or partially stage a vacant home using items we have in our inventory.  Whether it's fully furnishing a home or partially staging it with vignettes for a warmer feel, we can customize a bid for you.

Free Bid for Staging Work
We will come to the property and give you a bid for Staged in Style to complete the staging, free of charge.
 

Fine Tuning and Photography
Starting at $75 
We will come back and "fine tune" the Staging that you have completed.  We will also take professional photos of your home using a professional, wide angle lens camera.  You can use these photos for marketing purposes.  Most buyers view your home on the internet first.  Good pictures are extremely important if you want them to visit your home in person.
