The Staging Process...

Staging is not decorating.  In many cases, it is "un-decorating" and  "de-personalizing" a home so a buyer can visualize themselves living there.

Staging Consultation

A certified ASP Stager will come to your home and spend two hours staging your home.  We will go through the entire home detailing exactly what needs to be done to properly stage your home for sale. This will include ideas for furniture and accessory placement, color selections, de-cluttering and de-personalizing, suggestion for repairs, and addtion or subtraction of color and accessories.

Accessory Staging

Sometimes homes lack that 'wow' factor and need some additional furniture or accessories to help it show in its best light. If sellers do not want to purchase these items they can hire Staged In Style to incorporate our inventory into their homes.  We will bring in the necessary accessories such as artwork, linens, plants and decorative items, which are rented on a monthly basis.

Vacant Home Staging

If you have a vacant home, we will come out and give you a FREE BID for staging the home.  Vacant homes do not appeal to most buyers. Our inventory consists of furniture, artwork, accessories, linens, and props to help the home show in its very best light!

"Thank you for all your expertise on Staging my home!  I am finally having consistent showings and I know it's because of the new photographs of my Staged Home!  I can't believe the difference the staging made.  I just wish I would have called you sooner!  Thanks for all your great ideas and inspiration!"   ~ April, owner/agent, Minneapolis, MN
