Staging Consultation

• A certified ASP Stager will come to your home and spend two hours staging your home.  We will go through the entire home detailing exactly what needs to be done to properly stage your home for sale. This will include ideas for furniture and accessory placement, color selections, de-cluttering and de-personalizing, suggestion for repairs, and addtion or subtraction of color and accessories. 
• If you prefer, you can hire Staged In Style do part, or all of the staging recommended.  We can customize the Staging Bid based on the amount of work you want to do yourself.  Or if your home needs a few decorative items that you don't want to buy, we offer those items for a monthly rental fee. 
• If you choose the "Do it Yourself" path, we offer an additional service to come back and "fine tune" the home.  This ensures you didn't overlook any details that might affect a buyers decision to buy your home.  We also take high quality photographs which we will give to you and your agent for marketing purposes.

Vacant Home Staging

If you have a vacant home, we will come out and give you a FREE BID for staging the home.  Vacant homes do not appeal to most buyers. Our inventory consists of furniture, artwork, accessories, linens, and props to help the home show in its very best light!
